Action Day: Clarence and St Peters

Help out with the big Clarence v St Peters Challenge on Saturday 28th February!

There’s only one way to make sure we win at the district council local elections in May, and that’s to get out, speak to voters and secure their commitment to the Liberal Democrats.

Our candidates, Josie Madoc (Clarence) and Sean Hughes (St Peter’s) would love to have you on side this Saturday at 9 Hatfield Road from 10:30, for canvassing and leaflet delivery, as they go head-to-head to see who can get the best results. Do join us afterwards as well for a lighthearted prize-giving at a nearby venue.

Please come along if you are an experienced canvasser, a keen new volunteer with a smart phone, or a hardy deliverer. If you have strong coordination skills, we would love to meet you too as we will need more help during the rest of the campaign.

We will be holding briefing slots at 10:30, 12:00 and 14:00 and we welcome drop-ins at any time as well. You are also invited to join us for a light lunch after the morning session.

We need:
• Experienced canvassers
• Potential new canvassers with smart phones
• Leaflet deliverers
• Volunteers who can offer strong coordination skills
