John Russell is our spokesperson on Energy & Climate Change in the House of Lords.
It’s a rare chance to learn of the workings of the House and also to hear about John’s current work.
John was a Lib Dem councillor for Forest Hill (2006–2010), chairing its Overview and Scrutiny committee. He continues to live in Lewisham.
