We're delighted to announce that the North East Scotland Regional Campaign Launch & Fundraiser will take place on Saturday the 2nd of August at Carron to Mumbai in Stonehaven!

We have an enormous opportunity to elect Liberal Democrats to The Scottish Parliament once again in our region - but there is lots of work to do over the next ten months to get us over the line.

The launch event is a chance to kickstart our campaign with a strong show of support for our regional list candidates.

Here's what's planned for the day:

10:00 – Morning Knock & Drop Session
We will be starting off the day with a bit of door knocking in Stonehaven, using residents surveys.

12:30–15:30 – Fundraising Lunch at Carron to Mumbai

Enjoy a buffet-style lunch catered by the fantastic Farmer’s Smokehouse in the beautiful Art Deco Garden at Carron to Mumbai.

Keynote Address by Alex Cole-Hamilton MSP

Our party leader will set out the stakes for the 2026 campaign and set the path to getting Lib Dem MSPs elected in the North East of Scotland.

Raffle & Auction
With great prizes up for grabs and the added bonus of powering our regional campaign with much-needed funds.

What is the Handling Charge for?

To ensure tickets are delivered safely and securely and to keep the price as low as possible for you, the ticket buyer, Liberal Democrats generally uses our E-ticket system unless otherwise stated.

For this service we charge a small Handling Fee to cover the debit/credit card processing fees, customer services, processing and distribution of tickets and our secure server costs. We always try to keep these costs to an absolute minimum. If you feel at any time that our prices are not fair or competitive we'd be happy to hear from you.

Delivery

If you have ordered physical paper tickets there is a further Delivery cost added to cover the delivery of your order through the Royal Mail network.

We always endeavour to keep these costs as low as possible to merely cover the costs of postage. We only charge you one Delivery cost per order so if there is a big group of you recommend purchasing larger amounts in one order.

When you purchase tickets through Liberal Democrats, the full face value of the ticket is shown. This price is the price set by the event organiser and we pay this full amount to the organiser without any deductions.
