The Cheadle Dinner

Tom Morrison MP is delighted to invite you to The Cheadle Dinner - this will be more than just an annual dinner, it’s a once-in-a-generation celebration of the Cheadle Liberal Democrats.

Taking place on Friday 27th June at the beautiful Bramhall Park Golf Club, in the Nevill Lounge with its picturesque views. We’ll mark the first anniversary of Tom's election as MP, and 20 years since Mark Hunter’s stunning by-election victory.

We’ll also take the opportunity to honour the many councillors and candidates who’ve worked tirelessly for our local communities, and to thank Mark Hunter for his diligent leadership and returning Stockport Council to Lib Dem control.

Our guest speaker will be Alistair Carmichael MP, who has represented Orkney and Shetland for 24 years. As Mark’s former boss during the coalition years, I’m sure he’ll have some great stories to share!

Tickets are £50pp or £450 for a table of 10. If you wish to bring a table of 10 at the discounted rate, please do not purchase individual tickets, but email Organiser.cheadlelibdems@gmail.com instead.

• Crab and smoked salmon tian, pickled cucumber, créme fraiche, sourdough croute - can be made GF
• Ham Hock terrine, piccalilli puree, sourdough croute - can be made GF
• Chef's soup of the day, crispy onions, chive oil - can be made GF and vegan

Mains:

• Thyme roasted chicken breast, dauphinoise potatoes, seasonal vegetables & forrestier sauce - GF
• Grilled Salmon Supreme, glazed asparagus, tender stem broccoli, new potatoes, herb butter sauce - GF
• Mushroom, brie and cranberry en croute, seasonal vegetables, dauphinoise potatoes, thyme jus
• A vegan main is available on request

Dessert:

• Chocolate and hazelnut delice, biscoff crumb
• Lemon tart, clotted cream, fresh raspberries - can be made GF and vegan
• Selection of ice creams - can be vegan
