Gloucester Liberal Democrats Celebratory Dinner with After Dinner speakers including David Chadwic MP, Welsh Liberal Democrat Member of Parliament for Brecon, Radnor and Cwm Tawe.  David also currently serves as the Liberal Democrat Frontbench Spokesperson for Wales in Parliament.

The Moat Bar will close at 10:45.  This bar will be available for the purchase of drinks during the evening.
