Stall Holder Ticket for YHLD 2024 Conference

Tickets for Stall Holders to the YHLD 2024 conference include - A stall in the main Dining and Social area, lunch for one person, delegates pack, and refreshments throughout the day.

Stall holders can access the venue 30 minutes early (9.15 am) to set up. Delegates will be encouraged to visit stalls throughout the day and the lunch session will be held in the same area.

If you have more than one person working at your stall additional Stall staff tickets will need to be purchased for every person (£8.00) this will ensure access to lunch and refreshments. These will be available on the day.

We offer all stall holders a free A5 (double-sided) flyer that will be circulated to delegates and in emails to members (4000+) before the event. Artwork for this must be sent to info@yorkshirehumberlibdems.org.uk by November 1st (to include in emails) and no later than noon on 8th November for inclusion in the delegates packs

Event Details

Open to all Lib Dem members from across Yorkshire and Humberside Region Conference is a space to debate policy, training, campaigning skills and setting regional strategy, It offers members to meet in person, hear from and question party MPs, Peers and leading Councillors.

A one-day event held in person. This time we are coming to Sheffield, South Yorkshire, All Saints School is just 10 minutes from Sheffield train station with direct connections to many parts of the region.

What is the Handling Charge for?

To ensure tickets are delivered safely and securely and to keep the price as low as possible for you, the ticket buyer, Liberal Democrats generally uses our E-ticket system unless otherwise stated.

For this service we charge a small Handling Fee to cover the debit/credit card processing fees, customer services, processing and distribution of tickets and our secure server costs. We always try to keep these costs to an absolute minimum. If you feel at any time that our prices are not fair or competitive we'd be happy to hear from you.

Delivery

If you have ordered physical paper tickets there is a further Delivery cost added to cover the delivery of your order through the Royal Mail network.

We always endeavour to keep these costs as low as possible to merely cover the costs of postage. We only charge you one Delivery cost per order so if there is a big group of you recommend purchasing larger amounts in one order.

When you purchase tickets through Liberal Democrats, the full face value of the ticket is shown. This price is the price set by the event organiser and we pay this full amount to the organiser without any deductions.
