Event Details

Charlie Clinton, PPC for Holborn & St Pancras, and the Lib Dems for Electoral Reform are inviting you to Keir Starmer's backyard to campaign on Electoral Reform - as we take the fight to Labour in the London campaign.  We will be joined by special guest Hina Bokhari - London Assembly member.

We will be talking voters about whether they feel politics is working for them - and highlighting that the Labour parrty is in favour of electoral reform - but Keir Starmer is not.   We'll also be highlighting that the current London wide campaign for the GLA is the only PR election they get to vote in  - and why that means that their vote matters.

The day will kick off at 10am with a few words from Hina & Charlie, then we will be out on the doors.  We will have a stand by Russell square for the day - both to talk to passing voters and to act as HQ for anyone joining us later on.

Weather permitting. we'll have a picnic in Russell Squaree for lunch - and then we will have a second round of afternoon canvassing.  It's also entirely possible that Charlie will suggest going to the pub afterwards...

You are welcome to join at any point during the day!

Can't attend in person?  You can still help us pressure Keir Starmer.

Donations made to this event will be put towards campaigning in Keir Starmer's constituency under the campaign headline "Fix Politics, Fix Britain".  As a non-target seat we will be using the campaiugn tp pressure Keir Starmer as part of wider efforts to bring him around to PR.
