Harpenden Action Weekend - Friday 12th, Saturday 13th, & Sunday 14th April

On May 2nd, people across Harpenden & the Villages will be heading to the polls to vote in this year's local elections.

Liberal Democrats have been running the District Council since last May, and residents have already seen how much the hardworking Lib Dem team has achieved - balancing the budget, protecting our green belt, and safeguarding vital public services.

All this progress would be put at risk if we let the Conservatives win back control of the council - just look at the damage they've done nationally. That's why it's crucial we show voters how much we've achieved over the past year, and get our local candidates elected/our local councillors re-elected.

On Wednesday 17th April, postal votes will start to arrive, and we'll be holding an Action Weekend beforehand - pounding the pavements, speaking with voters, delivering our message of positive change, and making people aware of what's at stake.

• On Friday 12th, we'll be canvassing in Harpenden South, starting at 89 Alzey Gardens, AL5 5SZ and heading out from there.
  
  
• On Saturday 13th, we'll be canvassing and delivering leaflets across Harpenden, using 5 Hartwell Gardens, AL5 2RW as our base for the day.
  
  
• And on Sunday 14th, we'll be canvassing and delivering leaflets across Harpenden South, using 89 Alzey Gardens, AL5 5SZ as our base for the day.
