North West Spring Conference

Join us at our regional launchpad for the 2023 Local Elections.

Open to Lib Dem members from Crewe to Carlisle, the North West Region Conference is a space to policy, campaigning and strategy, and to hear from and quiz our leading MPs, Peers and Councillors.

After online Spring events in 2021 and 2022 we return to an in-person gathering.

The policy motions taken for the conference are:
- The Degradation of Health and Social Care Services in England.
- Green Energy, Coastal Defence and Levelling up; The case for a Morecambe Bay "Pathfinder" Tidal Range Energy Project.

The deadline for amendments is 5pm on February 22, 2023.

There is Treasurer Training for all those new local party treasurers to learn how to perform this vital role well.

There will also be campaigns training on Getting out the Vote on May 4th and Winning the Postal Vote.
